Quick Overview
Key insights of the passenger satisfaction survey conducted by an airline to 103,904 passengers:
76% of Business class passengers report being satisfied with the airline’s service
while only 23% of Economy and Economy Plus report satisfaction.

Online boarding was the feature that better predicted satisfaction for business class passengers. 60% of the business class passengers rated it a 4 or 5.

Inflight Wi-Fi service was the feature that better predicted satisfaction for the economy and economy plus classes. 18% of these passengers rated it a 4 or a 5

Recommendations:
- Conduct an investigation as to why the online boarding is so important to Passenger satisfaction and why non business classes are not being benefited. Is the user interface friendly enough? Why is it more highly rated among Business class passengers than Economy and Economy Plus passengers? How can it be improved in order to improve passenger satisfaction?
- Prioritize the Wifi service for the Economy and Economy Plus classes.
- Prioritize inflight entertainment for Business class passengers.
- Continue minimizing delays as much as possible or offer a compensation for lost time to passengers during a delayed flight.
